ABOUT THE SERIES
Festivals and events continue to be a cornerstone of Prince Edward Island’s tourism industry and main demand driver, they celebrate our communities, attract visitors, and contribute significantly to our year-round tourism economy.
As the demand for professional, well-executed, and sustainable events continues to grow, it’s important that organizers across the province have access to the right tools, knowledge, and connections to succeed. This training series is designed to support that goal by providing organizers from community volunteers to established event teams with practical, hands-on learning in key areas such as sponsorship, operations, marketing, and sustainability.
The sessions will be accessible, interactive, and delivered by industry professionals who understand the realities of organizing events on PEI.
