We Need Your Feedback

This comprehensive survey aims to gather your experiences, challenges, and preferences regarding customer service training, with a particular focus on our PEI BEST Service Excellence program.

- Guide the development of potential online, video-based training options
- Identify specific challenges you face in providing service excellence training
- Shape future training content to address real-world customer service scenarios
How We’ll Use Your Feedback
Your responses will directly influence our strategic decisions regarding:
- Enhancing existing training programs based on your experiences
- Developing new delivery methods (such as online modules) tailored to your preferences
- Creating content that addresses the specific challenges and scenarios you identify
- Determining the optimal format, timing, and certification options for future training initiatives
Confidentiality
All responses are confidential, and while providing your name and business information is optional, doing so will help us better understand the unique needs of different sectors within our industry.
