GOALS

The primary deliverable of this project is the development of a three-year Tourism Workforce Action Plan for Prince Edward Island. The Action Plan has been designed to offer tangible and measurable goals, objectives and actions that will address the gaps, challenges, and opportunities emerging through the project consultation and research. The strategic recommendations and action plan will position the province, its regions, and the tourism and hospitality sector to be proactive and responsive in its approach to strengthening sector talent attraction, recruitment and retention.
