2024 Rural Hiring Day
Saturday, April 20, 1pm – 3pm
The goal of the Rural Hiring Day is to provide job seekers and students with opportunities to visit businesses and speak with a representative of the business about the prospects of finding a careers with them. This event will focus on job seekers and tourism employers who are able to recruit, interview, hire and advertise all in their place of business. The rural hiring day eliminates jobs seekers in rural areas having to travel to attend a job fair as they can visit operators looking to hire in their region of the province.
Rural Hiring Day – Positions Available
Our intention is to attract potential job seekers of all ages, skills, abilities and educational levels that:
- Desire to work in the Prince Edward Island tourism industry
- Can work flexible hours
- Work part-time and/or full-time
