One of Rebecca’s fondest memories at Backwoods Breakaway is witnessing the joy on customers’ faces as they return to savour her delightful dishes. The satisfaction of knowing the food she makes leaves a lasting impression on those that try it and brings them back for more is very rewarding. When not at work, you can often find Rebecca at the beach enjoying the places that so many visitors come to experience each summer.
